I have been visiting today Apple store, for genius bar. Two woman, -security on entrance, terribly ill-mannered. How Apple service can use security workers to take care about clients!!!!! Customer service start to be security service!!!! My new iPhone 12 suddenly stoped work, I was completely without a telephone connection and without the ability to call. They not only spoke rudely, but also demanded to show an email with an appointment with a completely non-working phone! So terrible Apple service !

They don't sell iPhones in-store any more so don't waste your time traveling across the city if you need to buy one urgently. Your only option is FNAC or other resellers now. No idea how Apple has stoop so low.

If you need to buy something it's only possible online now so go elsewhere if you need an iPhone urgently - that was the official advice when I tried to enter the shop. Only reparations and services available. FNAC, Bouygues, Free mobile, they told me to try there if I need to buy any Apple products.
