Worst customer service. I bought an iphone x from here and whenever i went back with a problem i was fobbed off. I bought the expensive screen protector from them and it cracked without impact. The staff literally argued with me that its not their problem while on the internet there are several articles of how this product has been recalled because it was faulty. I came here once before with a problem as well and was in a similar fashion told to get lost. Whats worse is that they smirk whilst refusing you service.

Uterely rubbish i went to this store because after 3 monthsof purchasing my phone its died and i was told to pay 379 euro to obtain a new phone however the staffs didnt even have a clue of the actual problem and after asking to speak to the manaGer the guy told his manager its was water damage hold on how do you know its even wàter damage? Theh have no cusfomer service and from now on i will not buy an apple phone anymore.
