The new backpack I wanted for my multi-day hikes was sold out in my size across retail stores locally to me (Sydney, Australia). I stumbled upon Telemark Pyrenees online who not only had the correctly sized backpack in stock but also offered value for money great, great customer service when responding to queries, and regular order updates. My backpack arrived in less than a week and I can't wait to try out! Would definitely shop here again.

Good selection of products at a good price. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Free binding mountings with purchase. Fast turn around time and shipping. But... My skis were very poorly packaged though. They were shipped loose in an oversize box with no paddings and nothing to stop them from rattling around and scratching each other. The skis had almost ripped open the box and busted out the bottom by the time I received them. A little bit more care and packaging would have gone a long way, especially given the cost of potentially needing to return them internationally.

I ordert nordic backcountry-ski (madshus epoch 68), bindings (voilé 3Pin cable with climbing wires) mounting included and the crispi svartisn-shoes - after long studies in www. at Monday evening - caused by the forecasts of lots of snow in my hometown in South of Germany, transport now by express to be able to use this \short-snow-event\.... Mounting was Tuesday, shipping Wednesday - but, caused by these lots of snow, delivery delayed one day from thursday to Friday noontime (3,5 days after order .... fantastic in view of the weather conditions). And: no damages, perfect packed. But the difficult question at last: size of Shoes ok? Although Perfect! So I had happy first test of the new equipment, in lots of new snow on a sunny Friday afternoon Thanks to Telemark Pyrenees!

Best (online) outdoor retail store experience. Price is extremely competitive, hard to beat. Have ordered on multiple instances and always a good service. WIDE variety of options wrt to products, even the more remote/ obscure line of tools/ gear are available with them. Customer service is very prompt even while I am communicating across continents. Shipping is prompt, never had any issues with delays etc. and usually receive it within 5 days of ordering from France to West coast US. (that's better than some local shipping ;) )

Awesome prices, amazing customer service! I purchased some Karakorum bindings and had them shipped to the USA. Turned out they didn't come with part that I expected. I emailed Telemark Pyrenees, and their response was instant! They decided to refund me the value of the missing part, no questions asked. Now THAT is customer service. Shipping was also very fast. Will do business with them again!

Great prices, service, and fast shipping. I was initially reluctant to order gear from overseas after reading a few horror stories, but these guys are legit! Got my ice axes and gear to my door in 3 days (US east coast). Will be using them again in the future.
