I've recieved such a terrible customer service from France branch(Paris office), phone the french line to change the ticket caude i could not be able to do it online, so i had to do it over the phone. Called them and the lady was so rude. I've submitted a complain but haven't heard back from them(about two month ago). I cancel ith with UK helpline. I didn't had any other option to get back to London otherwise I would never get back with s*it travel line. Would never recommend to any traveller.
cant see any nice restaurants ...except a MC donalds.
An underground bus station. Best thing is the ease of access and the little good shop. It's busy, crowded and unpleasant.
