Terrible experience, We called prior to arriving to make sure we could wakesurf there, for which we were told they had the proper equipment. Upon arriving there; even though we booked we were told we would have to wait 35 minutes. When noticing that the boat was not suitable for wakesurfing as it had a propeller, we told the man working there that we were a bit concerned and might want to wakeboard instead, to wich we got a rude and idiotic rethorical question as response. A couple minutes later, a man arrived with his 2 kids asking to use the electric pump for his floaty for which he would be even ready to pay, the man working there snapped at him telling him to get lost and that this wasn’t a pumping station. On top of it, after waiting for 20 minutes we inspected the equipment and saw it was of terrible quality... The lady working at the desk was nice and even asked the man working there to be a bit nicer but he wanted to hear nothing of that. I do not recommend going there for any waterski, wakeboard or wakesurf unless you enjoy waiting, using improper equipment and being shouted at by an arrogant neoprene clad French man.

I have never been treated with so little respect!!! The owner of the club was probably one of the rudest, most arrogant and ignorant people I have ever met!! We had reserved a slot for a certain time, and upon arrival were told we had to wait an hour in the hot sun!!! I was honestly appalled by the behavior and attitude of this ski nautique club!!! I highly don’t recommend anyone to go there! As the equipment is also very old and falling apart!!
Had an awful experience here. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Seemed as though it was the owner that we dealt with as nobody else seemed to have any control over what was going on or how operations were being handled. Highly not recommended
Très mauvaise gestion, ils confirme les réservations et une fois sur place il disent qu’il n’y a aucune réservation. Notre réservation a été annulé deux fois sachant qu’elle a bien été confirmé avant. Sur place ils nous on dit il n’y a aucune place disponible et aucune réservation en notre nom. Il parle très mal aux clients et ne s’excuse même pas de leurs faits.

Très bon accueil. Peu d’attente. Les jeunes filles et le moniteur étaient très agréables. Moniteur sympa professionnel rassurant et de très bonnes explications.
Très simplement. ... avions réservés la vieille pour le lendemain 15h. On a pu être dans l'eau qu'à 17h15... Nous ne sommes pas des touristes mais des locaux. .. acceuil non professionnel plus décompte du temps payé sur les 10 minutes de présentations des règles de sécurités plus nager jusqu'au jet 20 mètres environ... vous abusez vous êtes pas loin de l'escroquerie vous ne travailler qu'en one shot. Je pense que vous n'êtes pas reconnaissants ni pro. Mauvaise expérience et d'après les avis précédents ce n'est pas nouveau. Dommage.
Ne prennent même pas la peine d’annoncer qu’il ont quelques heures de retard.... pas sérieux !!
