Déjà la personne ne reçoit pas l'email, de réservation, puis a du mal a remplir le dossier....puis s absente et part 15min en me laissant seul a l agence....puis ne trouve pas l agence de retour 40min et on a pas fait le tour de véhicule....affaire a suivre.....
