Let me just say that I was completely skeptical just because there's always that fear that your package will be damaged, disappear or arrive NOTHING like you expected. I went through SEVERAL shipping forwarding services searching for one to help me complete my order in France. I chose BetweenBox because they had the lowest costs overall unlike Parcl or Shippn, etc. I even looked them up for social media pages, and checked to verify their EU company license, which was verified. I calculated the shipping on their site after estimating dimensions, and it was within 5-10 euro of what I actually ended up paying. Then I signed up and got an address to use instantly. I was able to message them after placing my order and give them tracking just so they knew my package was coming. Within HOURS of seeing the package was delivered they messaged me to tell me it had arrived. Originally I told them my package had 3 individual boxes, but the retailer ran out of the 3rd one and I notified them. They still checked in with me anyway on delivery to confirm that my package box count was 2 and not 3, which I really appreciated. Then I was able to use the calculated dimensions they gave me, consolidated the packaged into a smaller box, select my insurance and pay immediately. Within an hour or so, I had a label, and within the day, it was already on the way. This was on Tuesday the 5th and yesterday, the 7th, DHL delivered. Package arrived pristine, and since they opened to take pictures of me, they resealed the box, then they put the box in a clear bag and sealed it again with a large logo sticker. I am very happy with the whole experience. I would do business again!
