Frustrated after a long wait at Skiset (bad organized on a Saturday! Why?) we decided to rent our gear at Black Side. This shop exceeded the expectations of service and kindness. Having walked out of Skiset rental frustrated and angry after a 2 hour wait, we ended up here. The difference could not have been bigger! These lovely people deliver service and hospitality of the highest standard. They might not be the very cheapest in town for ski rental. But spending a handful of euros more on a weeks rental, is neglectable and literally the best money you will be spending all week! Whenever I visit Flaine, this is my #1 address for renting skis. Thanks again!
