Excellent customer service! We booked a small van by accident and the lady who served us kindly swapped the car with a standard car, which is what we should have booked free of charge. Return of the car was also fast and efficient, would highly recommend

Worst ever service!!! We waiting 1,5 hours before we got our car. Only one clerk for 10 customer. Car is 2 years old, with high mileage (63000). Totally scratched, not cleaner and smell of cigarettes!!!! Very bad not friendly staff! Beware ENTERPRISE/national/Alamo! Better rent in sixt or europecar! Never again!!!!

The service was fast and efficient despite nobody of us speaks much french. Both the check-out as well as the check-in 2 weeks later were hassle-free. The company has all the cars very close, in walking distance from the terminal (200 m), so you don't need a shuttle. Given that it is mid-August, peak of holiday season, we enjoyed especially that there were no waiting qeues whatsoever. The car, a big Citroen to carry a family of 5, was in good shape and needed very little gas.
