No customer service skills. Took a laptop back that stopped working and have only owned for 5 mins to be repaired and then they try to charge what was paid for the laptop to get it fixed!!! Told them don't want it fixed and have been waiting a month so far with no news as to when it will be there to collect in store as they sent it to the arse end of no where it seems?!? Even though the laptop doesn't work I want it back if they won't offer a refund or an exchange as they certainly are not keeping it to refurb and sell on second hand at my expense!! Beware buying anything from here!!!
