Terribly disappointed. Got the car with the fuel tank only half filled. We were in a hurry so I accepted the car agreeing I could return it with a half filled fuel tank, which was again confirmed upon our return. When I received the receipt I noticed that they had charged the extra fuel and service anyhow. Haven’t received any reply to several emails since, and it’s been 10 days.

I have more than once used the services of this agency from Sixt. I can only but praise the service and the professionalism from the very courteous and friendly staff. I have not been let down once and even got a very nice and unexpected gift from them for my birthday. Efficiency leading to fast paperwork and the delivery of a car in mint condition. If you need to rent a car, I can reassure you that they are your very best option & I know I will keep using this company over the rest. An extremely pleased customer.

After reading some sketchy reviews I was not looking forward to dealing with a car rental in France. Lots of research pointed out that the \best\ choice for a rental was Sixt. The pick up at this office was great. It was very similar to renting a car at home and Julien at the Boulogne-Billancourt location was fantastic and very pleasant. He did a nice job walking us through the process. He examined the car with us and took detailed notes. He was helpful and reviewed the GPS instructions with us. He was patient and explained our contract in detail. The low stars are due to the what I received as a bill and the follow up \damage\ email. We rented the car for 4 days, which changed to 3 because of a change in itinerary. We dropped off the car at the Toulouse Matabiau office and we were greeted by some extremely busy staff that didn't have time to go over the bill with us. No one had time to review the status of the car with us and said that they would send us the invoice via email. That should have been my first clue. But they were happy to receive a car early because they were low on inventory. Somehow a 3 day rental ended up costing more than the original 4 day rental. The daily rate increased and the amount of included kilometers had decreased by 350, for which we were charged. The original contract included 1,000 kilometers. And following the invoice correspondence there was an email for \damage\, which should have been covered by the additional insurance I bought with the rental. It seems that this is a habit of them because based on other reviews \damage\ happens a lot and many customers receive this email. It's too bad that the billing process had to ruin the great customer service that their front desk people provided.
