Went to hire two bikes with my wife today. We asked if the staff could help us in English as my French is limited to basic. The very unfriendly staff shrugged their shoulders and made no effort to help. They had several bikes available all sitting there to be rented, but said that they were all reserved and it was not possible.. such a shame as we walked an hour from Wimereux to rent the bikes. Who would have thought that the English language wasn’t recognised in Boulogne which is roughly an hour away from the Euro Tunnel. Arrogant and very disappointing. Even with my poor level of French we were willing to communicate in the widely accepted Pigeon French in order to do business with them. Language can’t be a barrier to preventing a business operating in a tourist hotspot.

Des vélos très mal entretenus, ça bug ça craque de partout, les vitesses qui ne passent pas ou qui passent mal, un des vélos bloqué en 2e à mis parcours et obligé de se taper 30km en 2e. Les loueurs complètement dans le déni, comme si tout est normal et que c'est pas de leur faute parce que c'est pas eux qui les roulent, super... Un conseil passez votre chemin
Accueil très sympa, personnel à l'écoute et disponible, donne de bons conseils !
On ne voit pas du tout où se trouve l'endroit pour louer ou acheter ces engins
Vélos de mauvaise qualité pas entretenue personnels désagréables à déconseiller allez plutôt les louer aux 2cap
Positif: le tarif, la disponibilité des velos Négatif: les vélos pas entretenus et un service moyen (mec qui fait sa sieste, gestion bizarre des réservations)
