What a Horrible service with relation to the IELTS Test. On our arrival, we were shouted at by the staff members for not bringing a pen to write with, plus we were told to remove our scares and jumper in order to sit the test. It was so cold in the test room and the following day i became sick. The staff were very rude, not welcolming, aggressive behaviour. During the test, 4 times they went around the room to verify our passports. With all this stress, we all were treated like criminals and could not fully focus on the test. As a british national, i will be writing to the Embassy. I demand a complete refund on my spend.

One of the worst administrstive and customer service care you would ever come across. Speaking my experience with the IELTS and the process of requesting TRF. Try other testing instituions, or do yourself a favor and go for TOEFL/ETS instead.Plus you do not get alot of value for the service you pay for (over charging).

I’ am must grateful to British Council for giving me the opportunity to attend the London Trip’s day on Saturday 25 May . The day was very rich in events , starting with the Borough Market, the Globe Theatre and of course others important places , i really enjoyed our walk from the Millenium Bridge to ST Paul’s Cathedral. Thanks a lot to « our Guides » Julia and Linda. If i had to start again , i would definitely do it .

Not only a beautiful building surrounded by green areas but a energic place full of creativity and professionalism. The classes are practical and you continue learning in the numerous talks, parties, visits and workshops. I totally recommend British Council!
