Free flowing so easy embarkation.
Really slow customs clearance on each of the past 3 occasions that I have used this port. Staff are disinterested and sullen with little or no intention of being helpful. Refreshments and facilities are minimal. I will always try to use Eurotunnel if I can from now on, so much better!!!
Beautiful view whilst the sun is setting and hard trance/techno music coming from the staff really adds the vibes.
