A glorified service station, with limited selection of overpriced shops, including Burger King, WHSmiths, Starbucks & the Duty Free shop. Very expensive if you have an unplanned delay, especially for families. 5 for two 500ml bottle of Coke & 3.95 for 1.5lt bottle of water &meal deals start around 8.

Very hot day. Huge delays. No information. Absolute chaos. No notice taken of the fact that we were a medical emergency.
no messing around here! the staff quickly set you off in your 'lane' where you wait a short amount of time for the next available euro train to take you to your destination. there are 6 embarkation points that you could leave from, hence the short wait! very well run, professional and polite. there are also toilets on board, which are unattended so if you have children then wait outside the loo just to be safe! an interesting journey that is over very quickly.
Three hour delay held in holding area. Filthy toilets no updates.
Good service especially for disabled people.
Can be a long wait to get back on the train , both sides , France to bloody expensive . Especially at the terminal .
