We spent about three hours in this museum village and felt like traveling back in time. It was nice to see lots of scenes representing people at work, school, bar or church. Great to bring children they have lots of things to discover. Dinner can be served but only on reservation. Souvenirs shop also available. Worth a visit if you are in Calais area and you want something different. Enjoyed!

Very interesting with lots of local items from different trades from a bygone era.
A lovely place 5o visit with lots to see in a small area. They just need multi - lingual descriptions about the exhibits.
Had a great afternoon here, spent a couple of hours walking round. Everything was built/collected by one man and there’s a really impressive collection of all sorts of machinery and buildings of old! I really loved the use of some old horseshoes as in the photos
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our visit. The village provides a wonderful glimpse of times gone by.
absolutely loved this place its on a human scale not too big some amazing stuff to look round looking forward too bring Granson over too see it in the summer spent a couple of hours just loved it The food looked good & eveyone was so helpful
Just loved this place going back in time seeing all those object would go again great for family
