Terrible secretary not at all sence of tact or logic. On the phone she said that clinique works without an appointment and i came 15 min later. Then she said or even shouted that she doesnt take more patients till the afternoon and i have to come back in several hours. Just unbelievebly poor service

Absolutely appalling costumer service. I have called SEVEN times in a row only to be disconnected each time! I got to talk to one person who took the call but she could not be bothered to transfer my call and disconnected on my face. The rest of the times I was transfered to different services automatically but got disconnected before I had a chance to talk to anybody. All I wanted to know was until what time the X-ray department was open ... I suppose customers have to guess ... Also, calls are expensive, no regular contact number is provided on their site. Definitely NOT happy and now not interested in going there, if they cannot even take calls how will they treat customers in sito?!...

Bonjour, Pour ma part, mon commentaire concerne la maison médicale et plus particulièrement le Docteur BENSAID. J'ai été très bien reçu, temps d'attente correcte et le Docteur BENSAID a été d'un grand professionnalisme et surtout à mon écoute. Après avoir passé tous les examens (écho, radio, prise de sang), il m'a dirigé aux urgences de l'hôpital pour passer un scanner. Il a appelé un médecin urgentiste de l'hôpital pour lui expliquer mon cas et surtout les résultats anormaux. J'ai été hospitalisé le soir même pour un pneumothorax. Secrétaire également au TOP !!!

Une catastrophe cette clinique vaut mieux aller a hôpital de cannes ou a la clinique plein ciel..... Un gros 0 pour cet établissement

Très bon accueil de la clinique. Personnel à l’écoute du patient et très disponible. Très bonne prise en charge médicale. Bravo à toutes les équipes. Belle vue mer.

Une honte ! Un service déplorable ! Les secrétaires qui racontent leurs vies pendant que les patients attendent d'être reçus. La secrétaire n'a pas voulu me prendre en charge suite à un accident de voiture. Je n'y mettrais plus jamais les pieds ! Non assistance à personne en danger !
