Amazing service and great contact persons. We are from germany and have been on vacations. In the afternoon my rear window got smashed. After a nice call with the emergency hotline, we had an appointment directly for the next day. The service guy was friendly and helpful and 2,5 hours later we were able to continue our trip! Thanks again!

Probably the best EV’s in the world. Very good experience immediately, no sales rep rushing at you and doing a sales speech. Just ask questions to the Product Specialist when you need. The person I discussed with was professional and transparent. I placed the order online at home, simple and easy. Tesla called back to confirm the order. Got and email and SMS telling me the car would be delivered that day/time. Car delivered with many other Model new owners. Some people will not like the Tesla way. If you are looking for a classic car vendor experience, you are in the wrong place. In the end, the car is awesome, absolutely different from any other EV on the market.

Essai d'un MODEL 3 samedi, les véhicules sont désinfectés après chaque essai, ils vous mettent à l'aise et prennent le temps d'échanger après l'essai si besoin. Très bon contact également avec le commercial qui est très réactif et disponible
Les choses ont changé chez Tesla et c’est bien dommage. On prenait soin des clients avant et ça n’est plus le cas. Je suis client de la marque depuis 5 ans et c’est ma troisième Model S. Ma dernière voiture m’a été livrée sale, abîmée et sans aucune préparation. J’écris un e-mail pour me plaindre, photos à l’appui et on me répond qu’on m’offrira un nettoyage sur rendez-vous au service center... un mois et demi plus tard !!! Quand on investit 110000 dans une voiture, on s’attend forcément à autre chose. Vraiment décevant. J’ai mis ma voiture chez un spécialiste pour rattraper les rayures et faire un traitement céramique. Je précise que cet avis concerne les services de la concession de Chambourcy, pas la voiture en elle-même qui reste fabuleuse.
