There is no variety, if one cares to rent snowboarding equipment. The existing snowboarding equipment is suitable only for beginners. As for skiing, the equipment was of good quality, however the staff could be more knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the staff should not criticize their customers in front of them, because the customers might as well speak and understand french!

More interested in chatting to other shop assistants than assisting customers. Looked annoyed when they had to get another size. It is the end of the season. We dont have anything in store.... we felt as if we were inconveniencimg them

Really good prices on rent skiis. Very helpful and friendly staff. I even changed my skiis one day to try another pair that was a bot stiffer, without any extra cost. Worth the extra few hundra meters since its a little outside city center.

Don't normally post reviews but was very impressed both by the service we received and the quality of the bikes. We arrived at 10am and were out in 10mins with lovely bikes and helmets - 2 adults and 2 kids - Eur58 for 3 hours. Very helpful advice given by super guy in charge. Did a lovely bike ride round le Bois, Tines and to Paradis du Praz for the kids. Super morning.
