Horrible costume service! Wanted to buy a freezer that was on store and when I ask the stuff they said i can't have it because some french lady wanted the same freezer though I asked first. If french not the first language they treat you like rubbish. Shame!!! SHAME They advertise on their website ice machines that aren't on stock

Expérience mitigée. Dans un premier temps, prise en charge assez rapide par des vendeurs. Puis dans un second temps, comme j'étais acheteur les vendeurs n'ont pas lâché l'affaire pour me faire souscrire à une offre de crédit via la carte de fidélité. On sent clairement l'esprit de compétition et la commission à la clé. Je n'ai pas ressenti le côté conseil, j'étais vraiment un numéro de plus à rajouter au tableau des ventes. Proposer est une chose, insister en est une autre. Avant la commission, la satisfaction client est prioritaire. Tout comme la réponse à ses attentes. Je reconnais quand même que le personnel est sympathique à part cela.
