Was put through to pleasant English speaking mechanic who informs me he just quickly has to create a file for me and my car and then call me right back with an RDV time and date. I never receive a call, or the next day, or the day after the weekend. I follow it up with 4 emails and completely ignored. A simple but specialist belt job that only BMW can do and they will no longer respond to any communication, in English or in French. DO NOT GO HERE. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Extremely bad service after our BMW broke down on our way to our holiday destination. They refused to help on a Monday morning at 8 am and said they “might” be able to help on Friday but that was not a guarantee. We had to cancel our holiday destination. So we had seek help somewhere else. We will report this lack of service to BMW HQ.
I wanted some parts for my car, the person I spoke to had good knowledge of BMW cars, he spoke very good English and was friendly. Unfortunately the parts were not in stock however he was happy to post them to me. Thank you for a good service.
Pas de souci particulier. Nous sommes allés acheter un véhicule d'occasion et les conditions d'achat ont été très correctes (c'était un week-end "Ventes secrètes donc c'était peut-être exceptionnel). Nous avions déjà un véhicule de cette marque et les entretiens sont relativement onéreux mais cela va avec la marque... Le personnel est très accueillant (mais nombreux).
Les utilisateurs BMW doivent savoir que si comme moi ils passent un samedi avec un problème de piles de leur clé de contact, ils se verront répondre que le magasin des pièces détachées étant fermé, ils devront repasser un autre jour...si toutefois ils peuvent redémarrer. Le service BMW n'est plus ce qu'il était dirait-on, du coup on se demande ce qu'on paye.
Première visite il y a peu pour l'entretien d'un X5 d'occasion. Équipe compétente, accueillante et à l'écoute. Un service de qualité.
