Why it is only open 9 to 12?? it is very restrictive if you are travelling from south of France. By the time you get there it is closed!

I had a question about my marriage, I called the wrong number, the guy told me to call another number, so I did, this man spent 20 minutes on the phone to explain me, awesome, I was super happy to have all the information which was impossible to find online, and I remembered all the stupid hours that I have wasted in German or Austria embassy with the people who talked to me like a criminal and not answering emails for 6month(Germany) or not at all (Austria). for those European who is their first time staying in the queue,or maybe experiencing some brutal response, believe me I had it thousand times before and more rude for other countries like Germany,Austria,Malaysia, ......,please be patient, it's a kind of strategy but once you passed the passport checking in tehran airport, you'll discover one of the most welcoming and hospitable people in the world, people who love you and help you in any situation.....love you all. #:# God....for having visa......Please just go check what documents you need ONLINE, no where in the world the staff will answer you on the phone.

almost 2weeks ago, I came to register my marriage documents, as my birth certificate was going to change (the name of my husband would be added in it) and I wanted to have a translation of that, I went to translation desk(E), The lady in charge was terrible, bad mannered, not respectful, not listening, I told her 100 times, my b.certificate is going to change and the original one is with your colleague so you need to ask it from him, I want my husband's name on my translation, she kept saying that I need to do it next time when I'm there and I kept saying I'm far and busy I can't come and wait it's too long, you have every information you need, it's the matter of being able to do it or not? (i preferred she would have told me no) and she told me to fill the forms, so I guess it's a yes, I even understood she was asking me same questions again so I guessed or she doesn't understand or she doesn't want to listen, so I torn up the copy of the page that was going to change and showed her that it's gonna change, yeeeeeeet today I received my B.certificate and I was still single!!!! I told her I even torn it up for you in case you make a mistake and she went to her colleague and told a story that I'm gonna tear up the translation, honestly????why aren't you listening????? anyway she changed it (no extra charge) and I received my act de naissance without the name of my husband, I told her what's this and she said for having his name you need to do another translation with a legal translator!!!! but why when I was insisting to have his nane she didn't tell me that?????? irresponsible!!!!!unacceptable!!!!!! do we need someone like her to represent the iranian people???!!!!! I wrote a comment for the Gentleman in B Desk , he's amazing he's caring, thoughtful, respectful, why the government doesn't choose people well mannered like him instead of......
