Rude staff, every dealer is excited to take your money when you lose. Disrespectful where ever you are. Reception entrance staff, dealers, put bosses, managers and even waiters. Bad bad service all around!

Beautiful clean casino! But for All VIP card members should be Free entrance and more perks for points. Great staff in upper restaurant but a bit slow. Highly recommend for gambling as it’s a fun place to be️
came to visit Paris for a month from israel, I’m a vip member at the barriere casinos. Yesterday I came to this location, played the black jack slot, was playing 300 euro per hand. I had a double down, needed to add more cash to be able to double down. I’m about to add more cash and the dealer just dealt her hand, I didn’t press hit or stay. Apparently you have a few seconds to act. No notice, no bell ringing for warning, and all is in French. Walked over to the casino manager, first thing he tells me, it’s not my problem. My guess, he’s been a manager for years. He should know how to treat players, definitely didn’t expect him to be ruder than rude. After I insisted, I told him what happened and he checked the camera. After seeing I was right he sent one of his workers to tell me best he can do was offer me a drink. I was told to speak to the director, tried calling 3 times today, once they heard I speak english they hung up. I lost 9,700 euro last night besides for the slot incident, nice to know that’s the way they treat a player cashing in over 10k each visit. Garbage service!!!!! Ill make sure to call the casino commission in France

For a European casino, I would say that its worth a visit and spending a night out there, just 30 min out of Paris centre, RTP in my opinion is fair on slots. Drinks and food are not free like other casinos, but not that expensive comparing to other places. Would return when back in Paris.
I came here on a brief overnighter at the nearby Grand Hotel. The casino was a real surprise. It was very safe for a lone woman and had a better selection of slots than I’d hoped for. The food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
Although the interior is quite spacious and well decorated, the casino demands a 27 euro entrance fee which is absurd. Customers are going to be spending money inside the casino, so why charge a ridiculous fee at the door?
