100000 cubic metres of organic waste were accidentally dumped by Tereos in the river Scheldt. This caused the death of nearly all fish in the entire river over a length of more than 40 kilometers. It has taken 30 years for the river to develop a healthy ecosystem. This is by far the biggest ecological disaster of the past decade in Belgium and the north of France. But on the company's website you can read a very ambiguous message. They claim they will assume responsibility, but they also write they are not sure there is a link between their accident and the dead fish. That's not the message of someone who really takes responsibility for his actions, but that of a coward. Shame on all of you.

Apparemment tereos pollu énormément. Qu avez vous fait depuis cette incident? (Rupture du bassin de décantation qui a provoqué une catastrophe écologique. )
Bien encadré
Verantwoordelijk voor een grote milieuramp. Bietenpulp is in de schelde gelopen en nu is er massale vissterfte.
