My cousin and I went here to rent kayaks on a Thursday morning. It was perfect, we showed up at 11:30, and rented the kayaks for two hours as the place closes for lunch from 12-1pm and so we returned after that. Prices were reasonable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. They gave us water proof bins to hold our jackets, lunch and belongings. They provided life jackets, paddles and single kayak boats. There were toilets on sight. Lovely places to sit and eat a picnic in the area!

Money before safety...? I took my two children out paddle boarding today - my 9 year old hadn't done it before so I asked the guy if it was suitable for him to go out by himself. The guy said that there was a bit of wind and said he should be okay.. Well about 15 minutes in, the wind was so strong we went along with the current but when we tried to turn around my youngest was stuck and struggling as he couldn't paddle against the current. Luckily two people on a kayak stopped and helped him by tying his board to their kayak and took him back up the lake to nautical center.. When i explained that my child got stuck downstream because of the current the guy was like well i told you it was windy... What he in fact should have advised us beforehand was that it was too windy for someone of that age to manage the board by himself.. My 11 year old was okay... Totally incompetent staff!

A little bit expensive for what it is: 20 for 4 hours for just a kayak and 200/day for an electric boat; except that the place is quiet nice. I will probably go to Gorges du Verdon instead...not far away and a lot better

Nous avons réservé un bateau pour la veille et le jour J, nous avons prévenu d'un retard de 20 minutes dû à la circulation (accident): ils se sont permis de nous mettre la pression au vue de notre retard qui était pourtant indépendant de notre volonté. À notre arrivé on nous annonce que le bateau est loué à quelqu'un d'autre et de manière impolie et nonchalant! En résumé si vous réserver un bateau, canoë ou pédalo vous n'êtes pas certains d'avoir votre location donc si quelqu'un arrive sur place même si vous avez réserver quelques jours à l'avance votre location sera louée à celui qui sera sur place. À ÉVITER A TOUT PRIX

Bonne expérience les prix sont raisonnables et le staff arrangeant Juste un peu long au niveaux de l’attendre On est venu pour des kayak à la base il n’y en avait plus du coup nous avons eu un canoë j’aurai aimé un peu d’explication sur la maîtrise on est un peu lache dans la nature à la chaîne

Ni politesse, ni courtoisie dès l’accueil. On nous pousse pour monter vite, pour partir dans les canoe alors que nous avons déjà payé, nous interdisant presque de rester sur la rive. Les gilets de sauvetages sont jetés dans les canoe. Je déconseille fortement ce lieu de location et je pense aussi que ces personnes devraient changer de métier. Si il avait été possible de ne mettre aucune étoile je l’aurai fait.
