1 month later, 232 EUR extra due to undisclosed custom fees (on top of an existing shipping fee of 314 EUR) and countless hours on the phone with an indifferent M.Brun and we still do not know whether our parcel will arrive in the safe hands of the recipient, my elderly father. If you are looking for a professional service, this is NOT FOR YOU unless you wish to incur a hefty custom tax. In our case, we had asked the Vinotheque du Leman to send the wine - asking them to check custom tax as well as ensure they use DHL. Not only were we not told about UPS (doesnt work as well in the country due to third party involvement) but they failed to mention the 60% custom tax on wine. I sent a parcel over 1 month ago, Mailboxes didnt think that it was strange that it was stuck at customs for over a week nor did they follow up after 10 days. Through persistence, endless calls and social media we managed to get a local Haitian UPS phone number (no Mailboxes was unable to find this number). Then Mailboxes suggested bringing back the parcel however they were not willing to pay the existing custom tax nor the other ones to return the parcel. Which essentially left us so optionless that we had to negotiate with the local Haitian office. Please note that the original custom fee was 464 EUR. I would like to tell you that this story has a happy ending but we do not know. And I dont know about you, but wasting money is not what anyone needs in such extraordinary times.

Great experience sending an important package internationally. The team was very fast in picking up the package, providing an estimate of cost, and communicating with us all the information we needed. Would definitely use them again when needed because of their efficiency and professionalism.

I have been customer since 2017. I have only positive experience. Vive LA France! This place solves real problems with a smile. La Poste does not want to keep boxes delivered by other transporters. Many small companies ship to EU but not Switzerland (in my case often small items bought in Amazon). I can import stuff worth less than 300 CHF into Switzerland for personal use without paying import tax (with the usual exceptions!). Today I will pick-up my favorite underwear which I cannot find for sale anymore in Switzerland, and where seller only ship to EU.
As a regular client for receiving packages, I have only positive experiences with everyone working there. They are all very kind and helpful.
Very kind personnel. But it's difficult to park you car.
