The after sales service clerk was super rude!!
My experience was horrible in Fnac the customer service is a terrible service, they are not friendly or helpful and they don't seem to like their job! We bought a fan 2 days ago, some screws were missing, I went today with my receipt to ask for the missing screws, the lady at the customer service asked me to go back home and bring the fan and the box , although I clearly explained which screws were missing, we had already put together the upper part of the fan, so I got back home and disassembled the upper part of the fan as per her request and went back to Fnac, they made me wait half an hour , they took all the parts out of the box , they gave me me the screws that were missing , I asked them to assemble it for me they refused , they were in such a hurry to finish as it was closing time and they ended up forgetting to give the screws for the upper part of the fan !!! So they screwed us really , the whole point of the fan was because of the heat wave and here we are without a fan today ! Tomorrow I'm going back of course because I have nothing else to do to bring back the screws that they were supposed to put back in the box.
It's an FNac. We bought an ipad, gaming mouse and various electrical sundries. I was researching laptops to replace my old 2011 Sony VAIO and the computers on display were utterly underwhelming. The guy who sold the ipad was nice enough...it was very near Christmas when we visited this store and it was full of customers, so the wait was longish.
One and only major electronics store in Tours. Helpful staff and very good ambience. Dont expect more about offers and stock from this medium size store (compared to the big FNAC stores in Paris). Anyway plenty of products there.
The prices are ridiculous. Everything costs far more than it does in any other store. The only thing I can give them credit for is that walking around the store and browsing the books is a pleasant experience. Just don't come here if you need electronics
