The application process was very smooth and efficient. All information and documentation is shared through their online platform. No endless back and forth over email threads. This was very pleasant. In addition, I had direct , fast communication with the same person from start to finish. Email and phone. I also appreciate the fact that they supported me with a few minor issues with the bank. I’m giving 4 starts because they were able to only provide one mortgage offer. I would expect a broker to give me a few options.

Despite the fact that my husband and I both speak French, not living in France makes understanding everything, navigating the process difficult. Just bought a flat in Paris using Carte Financement. Carte Finacement were excellent and professional. Fluent English spoken by their staff. They provided support at each stage of the mortgage application. Despite the application being during the traditionally slow summer July/August period they responded quickly. And most importantly the fixed rate mortgage interest rate was very competitive.
Professional, friendly, and they communicate effectively and clearly. They give their clients sufficient attention and hand-holding.
