This is a nice course. Greens were in great shape today. Please do not try and walk this course unless you’re a hiker or you’ll regret it. Almost all hilly with elevated tee boxes and greens. If you take a cart you will still get some hiking in but you should be fine. I’m from the USA and this would be considered an un-walkable course in my area.

Several inquiries via email were never answered. Finally made a reservation by phone for Aug 3 (one hour away from where we rented an apartment). The photocopied map of the course is impossible to follow. All black with tiny print. Signage on the course is absent or confusing, so it is very difficult to find your way. After the first hole we were surprised by all sprinklers being on at the tee off for all subsequent holes! We waited a while to see if it would stop. We got soaking wet trying to play and ended up skipping several holes. We got lost for 45 minutes trying to get back to clubhouse, as there are no signs guiding you back and it is a labyrint of crossing roads. At return no apologies about the sprinklers which ruined our 160 euro round (2 hours chrono for 3 people) and no offer to make up with a rain check. The receptionist clearly had no authority to resolve any issues. She promised to put our request to the director and get back to us. We confirmed complaint by email, incl pictures of sprinklers watering at tee off, but heard nothing for days. When we called and explained situation to receptionist #2. She invited us back to play without extra payment. We drove 1 hour to get to La Salette, only to find receptionist #1 not aware of agreement and refusing to let us play without consulting with the director. She called director and told us we would be helped shortly. After waiting for 30 minutes and no director showing up we decided to leave. Against knowing better, we hoped to hear (via email) from the director or reception later on. Nothing. It is clear to us the customer is not valued here.

Only one star due to Google not letting me give negative stars. Overpriced, out dated practice facility and golf carts. Course was in horrible condition. Fairways were not city even and sand traps were cement. The only good part about the course was the greens and when I finished my round.

Rain checks are a rip off. Payed 140 euro for 2 people and played 9 holes out of 18. Should've received 70 euro back. They only wanted to give me 40 and argued about it till I just gave up. I decided to wait till the weather got better and just finished. Also, the course layout is one of the most confusing and poorly conceived of I've ever seen. You don't know where you're going the whole day and it's super annoying.
