Ikea is open, but bring your own food : restaurant is closed as well as the bistro. Some small food items are for sale behind the cash registers

IKEA is IKEA. However the flux of people wasn't very well managed for social distancing. We were allowed in but were blocked at the top. Popular departments such as kitchen and beds had long queues. Payment too, we waited 30 mins to pay. The staff however are lovely.
I've really enjoyed , then thought that was first and short. I'll come back to explore.
Horrible customer service (management) refusing to honor return policy even though the website gives a bar code and says est assured.\ What a joke.
Perfect IKEA store not too far from Paris!
Very bad client service, very bad coordination between the staff, no one can give you a complete answer, each task is divided in a way that you spent all day in the shop to know who to contact and at the end you end up with missing pieces in your order. For a normal person you want to buy a closet and you ask for a closet but then in the order the closet is divided to 100 pieces and you call to confirm or clarify your order it is even a worst service, very bad support on phone calls. I really didn't enjoy the experience at IKEA Nord.
Place too big.. Not a place you should visit if you are in a hurry..
This store is much smaller than the ones in the US but we still enjoyed spending a couple of hours and picked up a few items. Really missed the smell of freshly baked cinnamon buns as is the case in US stores.
