Great place to hire skis, boots and poles - quick and efficient staff, and they speak English too. Their system is to keep your passport and then return it to you when you pay at the end of your hire period. This was fine with us - and actually we wished we had kept the equipment for when we visited La Bresse Hohneck as the year here was great. There are small lockers in the shop for shoes, but you can leave them on the small shelves. Outside the shop are ski lockers. Both lockers use non refundable euro/2 euro coins. Overall a great ski hire shop.

Worst service ever experience. Just bought a luge bebe after having said need a luge for my 3 years old kid ... get out of the shop try to my little one realised is too small come back 5 mins after i bought it...ask to change for a bigger one and they tell me is not possi le....after a small discussion they give me one which is 10 eur cheaper...ask them for the difference and they told me shouting and excites that basically thats the deal take it or leave...never experience such frustration before...obviously money is not the issue....simply badly educated team...a shop I will never come back...
Don't go there, staff not nice and owner shouts at people!

Très déçu. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louons des ski à ce loueur jusque là rien à redire . Ce matin, il nous donne des bâtons de ski d'un de ces concurrents je n'ai pas fait attention . Au retour du materiel et ils n'ont jamais voulu les reprendre. Ils facturent 20 euros et en plus tentent de reprendre les bâtons et de les ranger soigneusement. J'ai exigé qu'il me soit remis puisque je les ai payé. Je pense que ce n'est pas le premier coup d'essai. Ils se font de la gratte sur ces petites arnaques. Intolérable

accueille très froid; tarif incompréhensible,aucune explication sur les sommes réclamées, pas de dégressivité au delà de 2 jours, assurance casse bidon : 2 bâtons pliés 2 bâtons payés; il y a d'autres loueurs mitoyens à tester, peut être plus commerçants
