It is pretty easy to turn a profit if you steal from your customers. We have ordered an airconditioner on 4th August and paid immediately with credit card. According to Leroy Merlin the A/C should have arrived on 18th Aug. A few days before the arrival I have called them, just to learn, that they don't have the ordered air conditioner, but I can get a refund or choose another unit. I chose to get a refund (14th Aug). Since then I have emailed my IBAN number three or four times together with the reciept from the bank about the purchase. Although they have reassured me, that they \want to transfer the money\, I still (today is 5th September) havent't got my money back. Avoid them at ALL COSTS! Update: 14th September, still no refund
