Rode around here on a cloudy wet miserable day during Covid19. You can see that on the good days there is much to do here. Sailing, swimming, golf, walking, cycling, working out, wake boarding the list goes on and on. So close to Paris too. I stayed on the attached camp site. Quite expensive but then so handy for Disney and Asterix.
Stopped on the local campsite again for the 2nd year in a row. The little bungalows are great for a family of 4, little cramped and not loads of storage but great value. A stones throw away from Disney. You can get the train into Paris from the local shopping centre about a 10min drive away. Lots of local things to do, and the beach next to the lake is AMAZING for kids. Swimming in the natural lake each morning is a great day to start the day! All in all a fabulous place to base yourself for a range of adventures, both in the city and more rurally. We will be back!
A fantastic location for those who like group leisure activities, sailing, swimming, water skiing, volleyball, football, cycling. Safe location with lifeguards on duty. Child friendly, safe environment. Very busy with many organised activities. Possible to find a quiet location if you search the grounds. Horse riding in a rural location nearby.
We picked a clody day, but it was warm enough. Place is very clean, friendly people and secure.
