I was very well received, the lady who as attended me was very kind and she knew what she was saying about the knives. I was unfortuned to buy a broken stone but they solved right away the problem on the next day. Great shop, great choice.

The Japanese Knife Company is an artisan culinary knife boutique selling amazing kitchen knives at good prices considering the superlative quality. The service at the shop is educational, and you are guaranteed your purchase will fit your exact needs and price point. I love individual artisan shops like the JKC, that have a difficult time existing in the United States competing against corporate America.

Good knives, very poor service though. The shop owner was quite arrogant and rude. We felt not welcoming and ended up buying nothing.

Excellent collection of top quality chef knifes and other assorted (mainly blade related) equipment. Helpful, well informed staff

They don't have a good attitude with the client, We bought something there and the product wasn't finished ( we pay the full prices) so the man in charge say to us to fix it at home.

The shop is very nice and offers a lot of choice, however the reception could easily be enhanced. The person in charge of the sales seemed very bored while I asked a few questions regarding the knife...
