As mentioned by other reviewers, this company is at best inept and unprofessional at worst scammers. They give a Swiss phone number but are based in France. Ordered about CHF120 of items in early December, they cancelled the order on Christmas eve and told me I could have a full refund. When I tried to contact them I was told I was only entitled to a credit note. Ok, so I made another order, out of 40 items that were listed as in stock that I ordered (cost c.CHF108), I received 12, the value of the delivery was less than CHF70. They haven't answered any update requests since.
Really good coffee, breakfasts and brunches, seriously. I know my fry-ups, so trust me, the breakfasts here are on par. The coffee is made with love as well, hot, tasty, creamy, and consistently good. Service is excellent, atmosphere is relaxed and very family friendly, good music and an airy, open feel to the restaurant. Very good value as well 10\\10
Ordered our Thanksgiving turkey easily online. Arrived on time as promised. Very pleased.
Went after COVID opening, sad to learn the restaurant is close/out of business. We recently moved to the area and was recommended this place for a feel of home. We had lunch here a few times and the kids loved it, but alas, another victim to the new economy I guess. I hope it will make a come back.
First time here. My hubby often frequents here. I'm plant based so I loved the vegan burger. Our friend had his first Sticky Toffee pudding. He said it was delicious.
Unfortunately, I am having to use google review to log a complaint about Jim's British Market. I ordered online on 28th March 2020 and after leaving 2 online messages, an e-mail and a telephone message I have NOT received any communication from this company. I can only assume that the shop is closed and is not operating as a business at this time. Please be aware that at this time orders are not being fulfilled. I would very much appreciate a reply from this shop in private regrading my order as soon as possible so I can update this review.
