Brilliant service and advice from the Prosneige team. Thank you Julie for your advice and my particular thanks to Marc (the younger). I bought new boots from the team and the fitting was expertly done by Marc. He found the perfect solution for me and then helped me solve a bindongs problem in time to hit the slopes on schedule. Always with a smile, nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Also noted the stream of other happy customers while I was there.

Excellent service, good equipment and great location very close to ski lifts. Mark and his staff were excellent. Also used Prosneige for lessons for our children and our boys really liked Coco their instructor.

Defective skis and poor customer service. Do not hire from this shop. The skis I hired repeatedly popped off, even on flat runs with no load on the binding. I noticed the DIN setting was only 5. I’m 75kg and an experienced skier so DIN should be 6.5 or 7. I adjusted bindings up to 6.5 and skis continued to randomly detach. It could well have been a damaged binding. I returned the skis and explained my experience. The staff were overly defensive and patronising. They didn’t offer any form of apology and were charged the premium price in full. The guys working here are not experienced - they do not adjust skis according to skier experience. They also need to learn how to manage customer feedback. I recommend you use alternative shops in Maribel. I’ve never experienced these issues elsewhere.
