Very interesting if you are interested in the history of WW2. There is around 600m of tunnels that can be viewed. There is very little that can be seen of the actual V3 multi stage gun. The construction was not complete when the RAF bombed it with big boy bombs and what was left was destroyed after the war. Word of warning - it is only 8 degrees inside the tunnels year round.

For most people this is not a well known underground bunker complex. But this does not mean that it is not worth a visit. When you are interested in the second world war then this is a must see. The complex is well preserved and you will be flabbergasted by the many tunes. They even have a replica of the old V3 cannon which you can see. They also have a original part of the roof of the bunker. There you can see the end of the original cannons. The parking is free and the ticket price is low.
Very interesting WW2 fortress with friendly welcome and lots to see. About 5m V3 cannon is still visible, plus hundreds of meters of underground tunnels available for the visitors. Free parking available. Some parts are dedicated to special victims of the war, and there is lots of information about the planes of that era and the tallboy bombs.
Great unknown little V3 bunker.
From my point of view a must go if you are interested in WWII stuff. The place is huge although it only takes about 45 minutes to go through all of it (consider that most parts of the tunnel were destroyed for obvious reasons). It is very cold inside. Although I went in summer, it was about 5C or less. Also, keep in mind that there is no signal inside. There is no public transportation to te place (I went by bike).
Facinating little bit of history most people don't know about. Fun fact: Joe Kennedy Jr died trying to take out this place! I definitely recommend a visit- BUT bring a jacket, the tunnels are cold!
Astonishing place. This is known as the London gun. A vast underground complex. Should be on everyone's visit to the area. The people that run this have a genuine enthusiasm and are a trove of information. A 5 Euro bargain.
My 2nd visit. Much improved since my last one. Both times make one consider what might have happened. In the rear tunnel some stories of the brave Resistance who lost their lives. Another example of fine work by Barnes Wallis and 617 Squadron.
