Excellent restaurant, and worth visiting of in the area. Creative and delicious food, a fusion of Basque and local cuisine. Would certainly return. Friendly and professional staff. It makes an excellent contrast to the traditional french fare found in most restaurants in the area.

Really people. This is the best restaurant in the village. The ambiance may be little sterile and its location is not ideal., but don't walk past this restaurant. The chef is passionate about food and even if the menu is limited (it changes weekly) all the dishes are well thought out and a joy to eat. Maybe you have to try something new. That's what makes it interesting. Also a great wine list.

I was really looking forward to eating here but no child's menu. I understand basing the menu on the day's best market offerings, but we adults do have children that don't appreciate such grande efforts. Sadly, we had to skip this one and go elsewhere.

L’Atelier des Saveurs is a rare gem, a restaurant you would love to visit again and again. Unlike those famous restaurants that offer the same menu over the years, L’Atelier of Francis Scordel has a menu that changes every week. Besides if you have any allergies or special needs the Chef would adapt the menu just on the go. The place looks modest, but it’s the art of cooking that makes it look very rich. There is a-la-carte service, but i would suggest you choose one of two preset menus. It’s always a win. Besides, just before the dessert there is a « surprise from the chef », so you would have hard time to guess the ingredients of that surprise. The restaurant is located in the heart of La Colle sur Loup village. There are few parkings just 2 minutes away. There is a good wine list (mostly from Var region). I can’t but mention that this place offers, most probably, the best price-quality food, though it’s not how we measure the sincerety of the high level cuisine of Francis Scordel.

Table magnifique. Repas divin et cuisine très raffinée. Jeune chef plein d'avenir pour qui j'espère le meilleur. Tarif plus que honnête pour un restaurant référencé dans le Guide Rouge. Un très bon moment en amoureux. Pour moi même travailler dans un étoilé je recommande vivement cette table.
