Order online then pick up went really well.

Yes there are frustrations (like stock listed on internet that you can never find) but some key things they have got right recently. 1) used to be really expensive but now seems very competitive when compared to eye watering prices elsewhere (like Weldoms) 2) returns are really easy and well organised. Ikea should learn from them 3) likewise collections - though a bit overwhelmed recently (n great surprise there) 4) self serve checkouts that actually work. Though quite a few people are bemused - never having paid attention when a checkout assistant was doing it for them - they do work and do seem to make things quicker. 5) friendly trained staff - especially at the checkouts. 6) quality of items generally good. At the moment its a model of how to run a big store. Lets hope it stays that way!

Things that were in stock couldn't be found in store. Took ages until I gave up. Will now try to find something similar somewhere else.y Follow up: I had a print out of the item with article number etc. There should have been six in stock. Asked two employers who couldn't find it. It takes me 45 minutes each way to drive there.

Little expensive. Often lack of stock. Many poor quality products. Staff however is nice and professional.

Big, well organized store with a great selection of everything. Lots of staff members if you need help. Some of them very friendly and efficient, some of them not that friendly but still efficient !
