A mountain pearl, Le Stem really brings out the perfect idea of a restaurant in the mountain, in the ground-level floor you can have a restaurant experience \à la carte\ and in the underground you can have an rustic french experience with unlimited fondue or raclette. Unfortunately only two waiters to serve the entire underground floor might be a little bit of a stretch.

Nous y sommes passés en fin de journée après une bonne randonnée et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Nous avons pris deux raclette fumée. La quantité et la qualité étaient présents. De plus l'accueil était très sympathique. La terrasse propose une très jolie vue. Je recommande

Très bon endroit. Sale limitée en nombre, donc peu bruyante, raclette bonne et copieuse. Serveuse très sympathique et très attentive aux besoin de la table, pas besoin de demander de l’eau ou du pain en permanence. Vraiment appréciable Seul (petit) bémol : la raclette fumée à l’ancienne manquait un peu de fumage
