Amazing place with well-maintained ski slopes. The infrastructure is definitely there and everybody can find a perfect slope for themselves. I am looking forward to coming back as soon as I can as this location has everything I need. The views are breathtaking so take the time to stop for a minute and take it all in, you won't regret it.

Nil points for helpfulness. We went in to the main tourist office in Les Deux Alpes to enquire about a local trail map and we were told quite curtly that this is a place for skiers! We are skiers, but we also like to run and knew that there were many trails in the area. We found our own routes and will not be returning to the tourist information here for the rest of the season as the locals were far more helpful.

Stayed at a Nielson lodge. Food and accommodation great. Resort has plenty to offer. Can't say its the best ski area. Some runs are nothing more than narrow roads and can get busy. Also ski area is upside down and so you have little choice (if you want to ski into town) to go on blacks and reds. The easier slopes are at the top. Not for the beginner really. Other resorts offer more.

Great holiday , stayed at Neilsons lodge so ate well and enjoyed good company. Good balance of pistes so as beginner like me can ski even fairly high up and lots of lifts, but plenty of reeds and black's for the experts as well.
