From an American perspective, it was alright. Prices weren't outrageous but not cheap, it's not McDonald's. My burger was pretty good, nothing crazy and it filled me up well. If you're French and looking for a small taste of American food, this is a decent place. Service was kind of long, about 15-25 minutes, so expect to be here for at least 40 minutes if you're pressed for time. But don't expect anything amazing if you've experienced real American burgers or ribs etc. There are horse saddles at the entrance that you can take pictures on if you fancy that

Les ribs au barbecue à 1790 sont très généreuses. Je vous conseille. Le temps d’attente m’a paru très longue mais le personnel est très aimable.
Si je pouvait donner 22 sur 20, je le ferais. Avec mention très bien. Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute des clients. Nourriture excellente et très belle présentation. Pas besoin de supplément au niveau garniture : salade, frites et ratatouille proposés avec sa viande. Cette dernière est d'une très très bonne qualité, et la cuisson est telle une vous l'avez demandée. Nous sommes venus à trois, avec trois plats différents et sommes unanime. Question dessert, excellent. Vraiment rien à reprocher. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir. Je le le recommande fortement
