Typical of B&B Hotel chain with excellent Wifi, comfortable, firm bed, very good quality linen and parking available (at a reasonable price). Bar prices also very reasonable. Walking distance to tourist sites and the old city. Easy access to the main motorway . Highly recommended.

The friendly, welcoming staff and clean rooms make this hotel in the Grand Palaias area of Lille make this hotel a standout. The common areas are welcoming, and the décor throughout the hotel is contemporary and chic. Shower pressure is superior, and the rooms are a decent size. Secure private parking is available beneath the hotel for a daily rate of 7 at time of review.
It’s a good value-for-money and clean address to stay when you’re passing through Lille. Maybe not the most cozy stay, but definitely clean and a good bed. I slept very good and that’s what counts.
Wonderful hotel! Felt very welcome as soon as we entered reception to check in, the staff here are fantastic :D The room was great and we had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Parking is great here, the car park is situated directly underneath the hotel. You can access it using the elevator from reception, there's no need to walk a few minutes to get to your car. Breakfast was great, nice and simple but with plenty of variety. More than enough to start your day. There's plenty to do near the hotel, there's some great restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk. There's no bar at the hotel which isn't a problem at all, it forces you to get out and about :) All in all, it's an easy 5 out of 5 from us. We highly recommend, great hotel with great staff.
Comfortable and clean room, welcoming team, but the mattress was really hard. I sleep on the side and hardly managed to get a few hours of sleep, as I need a medium / soft mattress.
We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. It was the first time we came to Lille. The hotel was near the centre (2 tube stops) and very modern. Staff quite friendly and very helpful all around. Appreciated to be able to park our car safely as we arrived from London by car. The hotel had a good atmosphere. The only criticism would be the coffees which did not taste good. Also had difficulty in getting out with the car. We entered our code and as we were exiting another car came in. We let them enter first. The gate was still open and we tried to exit and it almost crushed our car because it closed up again right in front of us. We avoided disaster!! We re-entered the code and it was fine. This could be improved but apart from that we had an excellent stay and plan to come back soon.

I don't know where to start. Everything is really, really tiny. The rooms are probably built for smurfs rather than humans. The level of hygiene is really low. They gave me a room that had unchanged sheets from the previous visitor. So when I uncovered the bed I discovered several human hairs that obviously weren't mine. They just switched me to another room. The rooms with a double bed are so small that the bed takes up the entire room. It's really claustrophobic so if you stay there try to spend as little time as possible in the room. Examine your bed carefully and request a change immediately if you don't like something.
