we tried to make a reservation a week before my son's bday celebration, sent an email & tried to call few times but no responses. So just went there not sure if are booked. So apparently they haven't received any messaged from us so we just paid for the normal entrance fee for the kids. But the kids still enjoyed their time in the park.

Love this place, great for kids of all ages. And with no pre booking for things like laser tag, rollers etc you know you'll get to play even when it's busy. Just have to queue for a bit. Only missing one star as in the winter it's cold in there, which is ok if you're running around doing stuff. So if you're likely to be sitting around while others are active make sure you've got some warm stuff to wear. Oh and their burgers are good too.
This place is really good for kids. The only bad point is how the personal manage queue. It's very slow. You can wait a while only for food.
I love this place, it was better when they sold wine though. Drunk rollerskating is the best.
The children liked the place, but the large inflatable was not inflated enough!
Great place for kids but we went on a rainy day and it doesn't look like they put a limit on the amount of people going in . You couldn't move , nowhere to sit. to many over 25s that spoiled it for younger ones . Tables not wiped , toilets with scribles all over walls and mirrors , they could do so much better . You buy a all inclusive tickets where you suppose to be able to use all the games as often as you like but the laser games where fully booked by lunch time .
Very nice place for children. Especially for raining days. We had a lot of fun.
Whilst holidaying in Normandy with the family we travelled to the park today for my daughters 7th birthday. Got there around 11.30am to find it was closed! Google really needs to update the info shown online, it clearly stated open today between 10am and 7pm. 4 extremely disappointed children spent another hour in the car trying to find something fun to do! One extremely disappointed birthday girl!
