Do not recommend tourist or other non-french speaker to go. The man in the shop is nice and helpful, however the lady at the shop is by far the rudest person i have ever encountered in france, we needed help but she ignored all of our inquiries and kept on being rude to us. maybe because we are not local and we dont speak fluent french. Apparently trying to be nice to her was not working, by the time we returned our ski she was still in her 'i dont care' attitude. worst customer experience i have ever encountered in lyon :(

J'adore cette boutique.
Pas très commerçant... J'avais réservé des skis de rando pour un week-end, je n'ai pas pu y aller à cause de la pluie je les ai donc rendu. J'ai payé 60 euros, je m'attendais à être remboursé, j'ai eu un avoir de 15 euros. LA HONTE.
Heureusement que j'ai précisé que j'étais novice parce qu'il y a 3 types de forfait différent selon la qualité de ski et si vous ne précisez rien il vous mettent le forfait au plus haut. si vous ne ramenez pas les skis le samedi soir ils sont fermés le dimanche et ils vous font payer la journée c'est quoi ce délire ? En plus de ça ils ont une attitude plutôt hautaine et ils se disputent entre eux devant les clients. Malgré ça il y a un monde de fou et les gens sont prêts à attendre 50 minutes pour de la location en heure pleine. (Véridique)
