Amazing customer service ! I have rented ski gears across France and Switzerland and this place is my long time favorite. I love the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! Amazing choice, quality gears and attractive prices. The rental equipment is super well maintained and loved.

Our hotel used this shop for ski hire: such helpful and friendly staff, really good with the kids too. Swapped my ski boots for me on day two, adding a brand new pair of orthotic insoles to provide extra support to my feet. Pain free the rest of the week. Highly recommended!

Had a very poor experience when one member of our party of 8 unfortunately used Armand Berard. A terrible decision Provided very poor equipment that was first not fit for purpose and, second, defective to the point of being dangerous. To our great surprise and astonishment, the very rude Thibaut then charged the full price of skis for their defective equipment If reading and considering offering AB your custom, go to another nearby shop where they will warmly greet you and treat you like a customer rather than a scam mark

This store has poor equipment and terrible customer service, I would recommend you go elsewhere One of my friends hired skis and they broke after 2 days, he went to explain that he had only skied on the piste and there must therefore be a fault with the skis and needed a replacement. One of the assistants explained that the skis had been previously repaired but still made him pay damages. I went to the store to explain to the manager that repaired skis will eventually break again, and my friend therefore shouldn’t be charged for a replacement as the skis are worthless and were faulty before they were rented to him. The manager, Thibaut , was incredibly rude refusing to listen to my point of view. In addition there were numerous other pairs of skis there that were faulty.

Seems pretty cheap at first but you get what you pay for. Given boots that were too small, and skis full of repairs and then charged for their subsequent replacement. Thibault, the ESF guy, was particularly arragont and rude. If you're not French and/or don't like poor service with defective equipment I'd give this place a swerve

Je suis venue avec ma famille pour passer un week-end au ski. Finalement nous nous sommes dirigé vers ce magasin car très pratique vu qu’il est en face des pistes. Nous sommes sortis déçus et mal accueilli, par un patron désagréable et hautain avec ses employés. Peut être faudrait-il lui rappeler que les années 50 sont passées? Heureusement que la petite vendeuse et l'équipe derrière était souriante... De plus, la qualité de l’équipement loué était médiocre, les chaussures sentaient mauvais, dans les casques nous avons tous trouvé des cheveux ou des poils ne nous appartenant pas... sans parler des skis qui glissaient mal, sûrement mal fartés. On retournera à La Plagne, mais pas de ce magasin.
