Lovely Port, good restaurants.
This port is smaller than most other ports in the area like those of Trinité and Vannes but that also means less crowd and better accessibility to the gulf of Morbihan. You can board ferries (vedettes) from this port that take you on a commented tour of the gulf; it's better to go with a francophone as the live commentary is delivered in French. We took vedettes of Angelus which had a stop of about 90 minutes at Ile aux moines, which is one of the few inhabited islands in this gulf; it was a satisfactory round trip of about 5 hours in total while the tide was beginning to rise.
