Completely unprofessional and liars. I called in advance to see if they have the replacement part for my OnePlus 3, which is not carried by most mobile repair shops. To my surprise, they told me they did have it in stock and if I went to the shop immediately, they would be able to repair my phone for me. I took out cash of the ATM with heavy ATM and foreign exchange fees since I'm from out of the country, believing they were true to their word and because they said they're cash only. When I showed up, they said didn't have it in stock and would have to order it. They also admitted that they gave me false information over the phone and would have to order the part. Seriously?! What's the whole point of making me come over when there's no other service you can offer me? Were you expecting to rob me at knifepoint or something? Edit: My friend (who speaks fluent French) asked them and made sure before I went to the shop. No excuse in miscommunication there.

Avoid this shop. They ruined my phone's camera, then asked to come tomorrow, the next day asked to come tomorrow again (the technician wasn't there), same thing happened the following day. They even told it was my fault all along, since I didn't give the phone password so they couldn't test the new camera (is this a joke? compromising all data on the phone to strangers is unthinkable). Absolute nightmare.

Je suis allée à Wellphone plusieurs fois, je n'ai jamais eu de souci. Les vendeurs sont plutôt arrangeants en général (parfois ils offrent même un accessoire avec la réparation). Les chargeurs ne sont pas tous de la même qualité (le compatible dépanne bien, mais on voit bien la différence avec l'original). Par contre, ils proposent aussi de l'original à petit prix (surtout pour les Samsung et les iPhone il me semble), ce qui permet d'acheter en toute tranquillité. petit : magasin situé juste à la sortie du métro, ce qui est très pratique !
Mon écran tactile ( Redmi Note 7 )ne fonctionnait plus.... J'ai appelé plusieurs boutiques, les prix variaient entre 87 et 120 euros ! Well Phone demande 50 et finalement je ne paie que 20 euros de main d'œuvre, l'écran n'a pas besoin d'être changé. Je recommande vivement cette boutique, la réparation faite en moins d' une heure, une équipe bien sympa en plus !

Je suis venu faire réparer mon nokia 7 plus pour problème d'embout de charge. L'accueil a été très pro, on m'a expliqué les difficultés et les différents choix possibles. La réparation a été excellente, et à un prix très raisonnable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce magasin en cas de besoin !
