Duty free is overpriced better you buy before in supermarket it's far cheaper. Staff isn't professional. They want to apply the Europe tax even I was flying outside Europe. They make an '' error '' with my change. Don't trust them.

Hated the lack of choice for food post security at this airport. We waited for a delayed bag check in so did not get any food at the bag drop hall under the assumption there was a good choice of food after security. After security there was an underwhelming gate area with one measly cafe and a shop. Cafe ritazza serves totally below average baguettes with stale bread and a rubbish filling of a bit of ham We got a salad, a baguette, two small pieces of cake, two bags of crisps and two small bottles of drink for 29 for essentially a 3 meal deal in the UK
Utterly appalling: a rip off, unhelpful, attempt to illegally refuse store returns, and do not process reimbursements for months on end. I bought a small bottle of aftershave, double checked the size of it, and it was substantially more expensive than from the high street. I immediately asked to return it (within two minutes of purchase). Firstly I was deliberately misled and told that I couldn't return it, despite having a receipt and it being in its original packaging and bag. This is illegal in France, as I told the staff. The manager then told me of course I could return it, and I had to fill out a form. Months later, and I had received no reimbursement. I called the store from London; they said they had to register the return with their offices in Paris. Still, no return weeks later. In the end I had to resort to calling their branch at London City Airport, who were extremely helpful, and I had the reimbursement within a week. Do not shop here! You'll be ripped off, and if you want to return something, say goodbye to your money and months of your time.
