It took quite some time for our guy was ready for the little drive from the camp side, where he only had to pick up a group of 8 people. Turned out that a few people didn’t show up. Still, the group of 8 was ready and waiting. No communication or whatsoever. The same happend at the counter desk where you had tot pay. No explanation or guidance in what to do/where to go. After another long wait it was my turn to pay, the group of other canoe people was already down at the water to actually get their canoe and gear. I missed a decent explanation and information about what’s about to happen. Just like a tourguide “takes the lead” and people follow and listen, it wasn’t really clear here at the a.b.c. Saga canoe team. So that would definitely be my advice at the team. Or don’t hesitate to try one of the other operators.

Canoeed from Argentat to Brivezac for more than 3 and a half hours. Beautiful surroundings and nice trip with some rapids. When we arrived at the end point at 17.15 we called for the transfer bus back. They told us the bus would arrive in 10 minutes but there was not enough space for everyone in the bus. So we called a number of times the organization but no answer. We’ve waited for over an hour and a half before another bus arrived. Bad service, very unfortunate of the nice canoe afternoon :-(

Descente en kayak de 13 km ce jour, au top! Suite aux avis google, j'avais une crainte sur cet après midi. Or rien de ce qui a été évoqué ne s'est produit. Très bon accueil, conseils donnés au démarrage, descente non dangereuse, arrivée au sein d'un camping et retour par navette dans les délais évoqués. Je recommande donc vivement. Je précise que je ne connais personne de l'équipe !

À ÉVITER pour les personnes n'ayant pas une grande expérience du canoë car il n'y a aucune prévention des choses à faire et quand les faire ! Je me suis retrouvé avec ma sœur à descendre un rapide à l'envers dangereux au point qu'il y est des sapeurs pompiers postés ! Nous n'avons pas pu anticiper de loins et à cause d'une grande affluence à cette endroit nous rabattre à temps ! Nous nous sommes retournés dans le rapide et heureusement nous avons été secourus pas les sapeurs-pompiers qui après toutes ces émotions nous ont eux déconseillés ABC canoë !
